What's just as unfortunate is the prevailing sentiment among the AF powers-that-be, regarding updating the platform this forum runs on.

I am told that we would bleed users to Fakebook and X even if we did upgrade, but from my personal experience, Vertical Scope/ Xenforo-based places like DriveAccord and AVS(audio-video science) Forum are busier than the Wildwood boardwalk on the Fourth of July, and bot infiltration remains low.
