Question 2009 Traverse reduced power stabilatrak message

Originally car showed as overheating. Dealer replaced thermostat, water pump, flushed radiator, oil changed etc. Now the stabilitrak light is on and engine power reduced. He did a new throttle body and the car still does it. Any ideas? 192,xxx miles was running great until this last issue.
