Help needed, what is this sound from my Engine?

is this sound potentially rod knock or piston slap? it doesnt go away after time, it remains

Possible cause for that could be an issue with the distributor cap, timing chain or spark plugs. However, I suggest that you should visit your trusted auto shop to have it further check for possible repair. This is to avoid damaging your engine completely. Hope this helps!
