Wheel and Tire question

hey, forgive the noob question, but i searched and couldn't find a clear answer.

will 7 inch wide wheels fit on my 89 CRX? what about if i put 205s on them, will that work without rubbing on anything? and what offset range do i need to stay in?

places like tires.com and tirerack.com give me the option to put this wheel/tire combo on my car, but i don't trust them completely. it'd just be nice to have someone else tell me it's ok, ya know?

thanks ahead of time for any help!

205's will fit on most suspension setups.... but the odd person ends up rubbin' on the fenders......

hey thanks. i was pretty sure they would work, but i needed to hear it from another source. moving up to 205s gives alot more tire options. now i just need to decide whether or not i want 15s or 16s (even more tire options).

88CRX, how do you like the ZC?
