1990 Camry electrical problem, help

Okay, so I bought a clean 1990 Camry LE, V6 2.5L. test drove it and drove like a charm with only 115,000 miles on it. When taking it home it died on me but I still had power such as radio, lights, clock. So I just thought it was out of gas since the gas gauge doesn't work. Come to find out it was the battery or so at first. The guy I bought from would go out and start it and let it run but he wouldn't take it out to drive. After replacing the starter, alternator, and battery it will crank up fine most of the time, however, sometimes the starter doesn't even try to click but as soon as I put jumper cables to it, not even a second later it'll fire right up. It hasn't died while running so I don't think it's fuel. All my fuses seem and look alright, my connectors are a little rough but they have a solid connection, my alternator is an 80 amp instead of the required 70 amp. my starter tested well three times in a row. So I'm just really lost.

Common issue is the starter relay, and corroded connections in the relay center under the hood. Bad grounds or connections anywhere in the starter cicuitry.
