megane starter turns over for just one second and then nothing

Good morning to everybody,
I own a Megane II 2004, 1.5 DCI.

Every time I have to start the car after it has been parked for more than 10 minutes, no matter if the engine is hot or cold, the starter turns over for just one second and the engine doesn't start......
on the screen appears the message start anomaly and before I can try to start it again I have to wait for a minute or so, pressing start and clutch alternatively until it allows me to try again.


Sometimes at the second attempt it goes, some other times I have to try 4, 5 times.....

I have changed the sparks and checked the starter, the battery is new (maybe not enough power at start? 620 A.


any suggestion? this is very annoying....with this car if someone chases to kill me I will never be able to run away!!!
