I would donate a huge chunk of it to charity to help children and homeless people/families. Keep what i need to live comfortably on the rest of my life and work a simple/easy part time job.

Ok so maybe billions are extreme. There are millionaires both in jobs they love and jobs they hate. Most average people are so caught up in the daily grind this sort of thought never comes up. It's interesting to stop to think "what if" and what to do with it.

you should not fire them just change their duties. Pay them the same so they cant leave, give them janitorial jobs like cleaning the restrooms, sweeping the halls washing and vacuuming your car on Fridays...etc.

If I had a billion dollars I would quit the job I currently have. Everyone I worked with directly I would give $5,000. I would pay off my home loan. Give 1 million to my church for modernization ( just had a major heating malfunction). I would do all the projects I have planned , everyday would be like Saturday. Buy food every week for the mid county food bank.

Yeah, if i had a huge cash, i would sell my car and replace one with turbcharger and enjoy a speed. Accutely, it will not cost so much money.
The people wants better life, when they get the "better" life, then they look forward the best lift.
What i just to say is current condition is the best one for us, we should cherish.

I have been working for past 7 years; did part time to support my studies. Now working full time to support my family back home. I have just been dreaming; never had a chance to fulfill my own dreams. If I gained 1 Billion Dollars I would definitely quite my job in Dubai and move back home to Pakistan and live with my family over there. Who doesn't want his own business! We all have dreams; often some people get lucky and end up fulfilling his dream; although such cases are very rare but sometimes do come true. I won't mind to work may be I will team up with one of my mates or family members to open a JDM import shop or buy a dealership back home and work my way through it. As I have passion for cars but its a very expensive hobby or business especially in Pakistan somewhat due to security situations we are dealing with.
