What to buy?!?

Should I buy a newer truck and make it a daily driver and family car? Or should I buy a sedan for commuting and an older beater truck to work in. I am looking to move to PA over the MD line. So southern PA but they still get more snow. I have a newborn on the way as well. So I need something baby friendly as well as a good snow vehicle. I will also be commuting an hour but I’m not to worried about gas. Any input would help
