My Car Wants To Blast Off!

The Transmission is automatic When I move from Park to Drive Or from Reverse to Drive The cars seems to want to Jump or just take off I have to ease off the brake. Does anyone know what might be going on?
it's a 2004 Mercury Montego

If not corrected it could cause other things to break.

Just wanted to tell you that is exactly what it was. My mechanic fixed it but I still have a separate transmission problem he thinks!
