golf pulleys,what are they???

i have an oil leack from one of the pulley seals,its not the power steering pump or the waterpump and i presume the crannkshaft is the pulley at the bottom? and its just above that one,its driven off the cam belt,is it the oil pump or something?please help me

The one driven off the timing belt that is just above the crack is the intermediate shaft, it drives the distributor & oil pump. There is an o-ring that goes around the seal housing in addition to the seal itself.
