Can you tell me if I can set the distributor timing using a CP9180?

After reading the description on Amazon, I doubt it. You need a tool that can access "cam offset" or "cam retard" to set "base" timing. They are not cheap!!

I can verify that the CP9180 can NOT read the cam retard.
