Is there anybody out there?
Been a member since fall 2004. Was a long time ago. I joined when I was a senior in high school. Now? Now I'm almost 30, out of college, and with a career. Met some pretty cool people here. A couple I lost contact with that I wish I could reconnect with.
Now that AF is on Tapatalk I'm able to drop by a few times a week hoping there's something new or possibly a conversation that has been sparked. Nothing. I've joined a few online forums over the years, stopped posting on all but a couple, but no matter what I always come back to AF. Why? Was my first. I remember all the conversations, debates, stories, and yes even phone calls. A lot happened here. Guess it's why I hate seeing nothing but spam posts from bots on here now. I guess it's the equivalent of seeing the person you lost your virginity to ten years later addicted to meth, in a welfare line with multiple kids from multiple people, and a couple of lost teeth. You just can't help but ask: what the hell happened?! I highly doubt most, if not pretty much all, of the people who were once here are gone for good but I keep coming back. Hoping. Waiting.

For a long time it gave me nightmares... witnessing an injustice like that... it's a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be... I can still hear them taunting him....... silly rabbit, tricks are for kids... I mean, WHY COULDN'T THEY JUST GIVE HIM SOME CEREAL? Quote:

Hey!! I feel personally responsible for letting you down. "Life" has caught up with me and I have not dedicated the time that AF deserves to maintain the community.
