2003 Tahoe A/C issue

I have a 2003 Tahoe I bought new, it has 350,000 miles on it and the A/C has always worked great. Today it quit working when you turn it on it works for a short time and then quits. It will not blow on high fan even during the short period it works. Any thoughts?

with the miles on it I would remove the blower motor and hook up to 12 volts see if it starts to loose speed. having vehicles with high mileage I have had to replace these motors. sometimes they may need some lube to get a little more out of them.

my experience is if you use the higher speeds the motor will not last as long.
