vauxhall zafira had clutch changed now got problems

Had 3 piece clutch fitted in my 1.8 16v zafira now there is a whinning noise and it jumps back out of revese also los of power went back to the garage and he tells me i need a new gearbox but the box was fine before it went inany ideas thank.
