1986 Toyota celica

My car is a 1986 toyota celica st (standard its important). My car cranks but Doesn't turnover. It actually turned off on me was while I was driving and began accelerating on a turn in an intersection, suddenly the accelerator refused to pump gas into the car no matter how much I pressed it. However, being standard and been able to get to approx. 30 mph and i was in 3rd gear the car was dead but kept rpm-ing until I took out the gear and officially died. I have checked the coil sparkplugs, replaced the fuelpump since it was giving low pressure, check the fuses, checked the fuel line pressure, and the time belt was loose but after trying to start it again it retightened. The car receives gas and does spark but again will not turn over. Please help.
