2001 Caravan transmission

My 3.3l front wheel drive will not move. When in drive or reverse in moves less than a foot then binds. I have checked the brakes and all four wheels are free. If either front wheel is in the air, it spins under power. If both are on the ground it binds like the brakes are locked.
