Any idea what this part is called?

2005 Ford Mustang V6
The hoses from the heater core plug in to the left, the small ports in the center go to the throttle body and the cooling system plugs into the right.
This is my sons car and i have to fix it but i don't want to be calling around asking about a "thingamajig".
Thanks
