Car going through oil

Have a 2.3 Mercury milan and boy is it going through oil! I am not leaking it anyone I'll clear that out of the way but I am adding about a quart every two fill ups . I noticed it is in my vent tube up top slightly and my intake manifold ( the inside ) is very damp with oil. Could this be my pcv that is clogged up causing this or is it something else ? Also when I take off my oil cap after a drive it smokes from under it .

Re: Car going through oil

Replace the pcv easy to see if it helps.

Re: Car going through oil

See the problem is it's completely under the intake manifold which is a pain to remove
