ings bodykit hybrid? FRP?

I am planning to buy an Ings R spec for my s14. Can someone tell me the differences between a Hybrid bodykit and an FRP Bodykit? Which one is better?

the hybryds are almost like urethane but a bit stiffer.semi flexible fiberglass.

Fiberglass is just stiff and it will get wiped out near a curb
