F1 drivers take to the wrc car again

I didnt know if it should go here or F1, it can be moved if needed.

Jordan Formula 1 drivers Giancarlo Fisichella and Ralph Firman will each try out a Ford Focus World Rally car this week. The test in a 2002-spec Focus will take place on sealed surfaced roads close to the Nürburgring race circuit in Germany, ahead of this weekend's European Grand Prix.

Ford driver Markko Martin will give the two drivers a passenger ride in the Focus WRC before they try out the machine for themselves, with the Estonian's regular navigator Michael Park co-driving.

Ford will then carry out a proper test on the asphalt roads near to the Rally Deutschland HQ in Trier on Friday and Saturday, before Markko and Park head to the Nürburgring on Sunday to watch the Grand Prix as guests of Jordan/Ford.

Plans are being made to try and get Martin into a Jordan Formula 1 car at some point later in the season, although no dates for the test have been made yet.

If it happens, it wouldn't be the first time a WRC star has sampled a Jordan F1 machine. Back in 1996, Colin McRae drove one of the team's cars during a test at Silverstone.

I'd like to see Markko drifting around corners with a Formula 1 car
But there's a problem, not enough space for Michael Park. He can sit on the wing.

It's getting late here

drifting or not with a Jordan, Martin (with some exercises) will sure be better than Firman at driving a F1 car.
