1968 Lincoln Continental AMT 1:25
Hi
Here is my next project for this year. This time a street car, 1968 Lincoln Continental.  Here are some pics of 1968 Lincolns.      Decklid is off...    Here is the car with serveral wheels, but the original kit wheels looks perfect (pic 1).  option wheels from the kit....  Mickey Thompson...  Gragar...  BBS DTM...  BBS GT  ... :idunno:  Starting with the rear axle...

Wow! Can't wait to see more. I agree, I like the kit wheels best. Don't you wish someone produced photoetch and metal transfer for the continental kits!?

I've always loved the suicide-door Lincolns, and the green '68 you show is identical that a friend's family used to have, but nicer (than theirs).
I intend to take one of my '66 or '67 Lincolns and make a convertible. Looking forward to seeing more!

rear axle updates...
          The kit have no engine but i get a 1964 Lincoln Motor from a friend.

Rear axle is almost done...
Here are some pics step by step...           ...and a little bit weathering and wires.    Next time front suspension.

Darn nice work so far! Some of those old kits are amusing....molded in mufflers and axles and headers, oh my!

Hi
Some good pics of the doors and the pillars...         Iīm starting to fix the interior...    ...but it didnīt work...  I decided to correct the Body and the chassis first...     ...looks pretty good sofar...
