17's on civic
this probally has been brought up on a few occasions but i cant find it so here goes.....
17 inch rims on a 91 civic hatchback? Does it scrape when turning? Does it rub against the car when hitting a bumb? Any other problems with 17's on a 91 civic? |

As long as the wheels are of the proper offset (38mm to 45 mm is the offset range of the 17" wheels we offer) and you run 205/40-17 you'll be fine. This assuming the car has not been lowered.
We have not test fitted 205/40-17's on a lowered car. In order to check clearance on a lowered car I would recommend searching this forum, the web etc to see what other Civic owners with lowered cars have run. |

ive got a question relating that about my 1993 honda prelud...
i want to get 205/40-17 with a EiBACH pro-kit and shocks... am i gonna have a problem with wear,handling,can i race,etc.what about the speedometer...with i need to re-evaluate it or what? any help or suggestions would be great preludepride |
