ambient temp sensor

Has anyone replaced their ambient temp sensor? It just sounds stupid to me to spend $400 to have a $25 part installed. Is there more to it than it looks?

You mean the outside air temperature.... that should be a simple fix. Less than 30 minutes to DIY.
