Air Brushing With A Spare Tire
The hose on my air brush is about 1/8 inch wide and i would like to attach it to spare tire for my airsource. Does ne body no of a website of place where i can get an adapter for the airbrush to attach it to the tire. I was wondering if this would work but im not sure if its the right size since my the hose is 1/8 inch.

The words "dirty dusty air" come to mind. I was thinking about this tecnique when I got my airbrush, but it just didn't sound like something I'd be satisfied with. The air supply is quite limited, and secondly, it will be very dirty. Or are you planning to filter the outgoing air somehow?

i really don't use this technique. i have a small a/c freon tank which i use instead of a spare tire. it's cleaner, more handy, and packs in more air.

Automotive Air Tank
You could also use a automotive air tank. It looks like a slightly smaller compressor tank. Get the fittings to match it to a airbrush. You can also get a regulator to regulate the air pressure. The only disadvantage is you have to go to a gas station to fill it up and sometimes the gas station's compressor only goes up to low pressure such as 60-80 P.S.I..

I would suggest going with the air tank, I got a 7 gallon air tank for about $20.00 and a 1/4" regulator for about $16.00 and the tank was good for (if I remember right) 200 p.s.i. and it was easier to work with and will probably take up less room than a tire. Just my 2 cents. HTH.
