I'm assuming this is a V6. Find your ICM and locate the two wire connector on it that goes to your Camshaft Position Sensor. It runs down the back of the engine and, over time, could end up with brittle insulation and touching your exhaust manifold. Make sure the wire is intact and the connections at both ends are good. You can jiggle the wire while the engine is running to see if it stalls on you. Don't pull too hard though. If it is the problem, it is sitting on the edge of failure and if you pull too hard, you might move it away and loose your issue, if you know what I mean.
