00 3.5 Coolant from bell bolt

I have a great running 3.5 and I was pulling it out of my donor car and when I pulled one of the bell bolts coolant poured out. I know its not normal but what can be done? I was planning on selling the engine but now I dont know if I can. Has anyone had this kind of problem? What should I do? Please help. I sure hope I didnt waste the day pulling it.
