2008 Silverado door handle delete
Is there a kit on the market somewhere to allow the removal of the pull handle on the front door panels of the 07 and newer trucks?I hate the placement of this handle,it's right in the way of quick easy access to the power mirror and other buttons.Short of changing the whole door panel, which I would if I could find a set the right color, what options are out there?

Re: 2008 Silverado door handle delete
Thanks but not what I'm looking for,all I need is something to plug into the holes if I take the loop style pull handle off from the front of the door panel.I'm not looking to eliminate the handles that open the door itself just that annoying loop that is supposed to be used to pull it closed. It just bolts on with 2 bolts under a piece of plastic trim and if the loop is taken off and the bolts put back in place all a person would need is a couple of shaped plugs to cover where the loop used to be.

Re: 2008 Silverado door handle delete
So you take the loop off- what do you pull the door shut with? The latch? You'll soon break whatever you choose to pull it shut with- that is why the loop is there.

Re: 2008 Silverado door handle delete
The arm rest has a handle built into it that's what I use now,I can't remember that last time I used the loop on the front of the door panel.I get the feeling I should try and attach a picture of what it is I'm trying to eliminate.
