Re: Plamo Tsukurou SP-25 Tamiya Toyota 86 1:24 tutorial HQ
Great video! Specially if you have the model on the shelf like I do.
Does anybody know what is that powder that he mixes on clear coat that gives the metallic shine? Because is a great resource!! I want to get some of that!

Thanks nugundam! Is that similar to Pearl Ex from Jacquards? Which is closer to 1/24 scale on its effect?

Re: Plamo Tsukurou SP-25 Tamiya Toyota 86 1:24 tutorial HQ
I've never wet sanded as it makes it difficult to gauge how smooth the surface is without stopping to dry it off.

Re: Plamo Tsukurou SP-25 Tamiya Toyota 86 1:24 tutorial HQ
My question from the video is: Why was he gluing painted surfaces together when he put in the seats? Does anybody else do that? I have had enough stuff fall apart after a few years to do all I can to avoid it.
