Hey fellers!
I'm going into our 97 Rodeo's rear end AGAIN!!! I've got a broken cross pin, and the weld job I did on it a couple months ago has finally failed. I'm hoping to find a good cross pin and weld it in, but if I can't find one, I'm not afraid to experiment with proper size bolts/rods/shafts/whatever the heck will fit in there and work. Just one question, the answer of which has eluded me greatly... what's the diameter of the cross pin in a Dana 44? For the record, I want this fix to last, but then if I can make it work till I can save up $150, I can buy an entire axle unit with 25,000 fewer miles and put it in. Thanks for yall's help!
