WHATS THE DIFFERENCE? JDM IS JAPANESE MARKET AND USDM IS US MARKET. WHY SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN PRICES AND PERFORMANCE. IM LOOKING TO MAKE MY LUDE KICKASS AND WOULD LIKE TO GET SOME IDEAS FROM YOU GEARHEADS OUT THERE WHO KNOW WHAT THE %*@! THEIR TALKIN ABOUT. ANY DIP&%#$ CAN PUT I/H/M ON THEIR CAR AND CALL IT FAST BUT I WANT MY CAR TO BE MORE THAN THAT. HELP OUT THIS MIDWEST LUDE LOVER.

usdm is more restictive than other markets when it comes to emissions....that's about it

JDM products are of better quality, the engines produce more horsepower than their USDM counterparts, and it's cooler to say your shit was from Japan I guess. Don't ever drive to California, Pennsylvania, or anywhere else where they're strict on emissions laws though.
