New Aoshima Subaru Sambars
http://ameblo.jp/aoshima-kumablog/im...622126744.html
Will have an engine! Looks like it's going to be a really decent kit. Make them all like this from the get go!! |

Re: New Aoshima Subaru Sambars
Ha... I would never have expected in a million years that kit was going to have and engine and opening hood/bonnet.
And although I have about ZERO interest in this subject, I just might be tempted to buy one now. Aoshima has now become my number one model company following some of their recent kits and announcements..... Keep it up AOSHIMA and I'll keep buying. ![]() Regards, Dan

Re: New Aoshima Subaru Sambars
I'm so getting this "farm-road Porsche" for its rear-engine rear-drive configuration.

As far as Subaru engines are concerned, now you can get a detailed FA20 flat 4 from Aoshima in a variation of 86/BRZ kit. ![]() ![]() The kit still lacks the lower block and exhaust header, so it's not as complete as the Enzo kits from Tamiya or Revell, but the visible parts of Aoshima 86/BRZ kit are noticeably more detailed than Tamiya's 86/BRZ counterpart. |
