93 Mazada 626 not starting

Hey all, working on this nightmare called the 1993 Mazada 626 4 cylinder. I was told the fuel pump was bad. I took the old one out and tested it and it worked but put the new one in anyway. When you turn the key, the fuel pump will not engage. (You can not hear it turn on) I bypassed the relay and the fuel pump engages so I replaced the relay. This didn't fix the problem either. The fuel pump still wont engage unless I bypass the relay in the test mode. Also their is no spark. Any ideas?? All the fuese look ok. My test light works on the terminals of the relay when I pull it out and turn the key on

With no spark, fuel pump will not get a trigger signal to run. Go over to http://mazda626.net/ register and post in the appropriate section. Lot's of smart guys and a how to tech section.
