2005 Ranger Edge Diesel Swap Ideas

I'm trying to figure out what all would be involved with an engine swap to diesel on my '05 Ranger Edge. i know i'll have to do sone trickery with the electronics and transmission, maybe the rear axle. my question includes what motor and what do i need to change. a cummins 4bt looks like a possibility. any others good? This will be my first engine swap, and everything is electronically operated. i'm finding a lot of land rovers and others that have been done and a couple '80's Rangers, but nothing like my truck.

So far i'm coming up with a Cummins 4BT for the motor and i bet i will need a fresh tranny and portal axle. otherwise i am finding very little.
