2000 GS300 Radio and Remote Door inop

Had an incident to fix for a friend. Somehow they replaced the battery and installed it backwards and hooked it up. This promptly blew the Alt fuse. Replaced it and several others under the hood. The car started and worked ok with the exception of the radio and the key fob remote. I checked I think all the other fuses by the driver and passengers door that were labeled in the owners manual radio or remote system.

I'm stumped. What am I missing?
