installing seat heaters in 08 crew cab

I have been contemplating doing this to my truck for a while now and with winter coming up I have figured that it's one of the things I want to get done.I found a GM kit on eBay that is supposed to be a direct wire in install but wonder if anyone on here has done this.I know that the seat covers have to come off to put the elements in but the wiring and the switch install has me wondering how difficult it would be.I could have this done at a dealer for like $630 but other than the time to install this kit how hard could it be?Anyone offer some advice here?

How about a camelflage heated seat cushion from Walmart sports section.
