1/24 Porsche 935 DeNarvaez

Hi guys,

just finished this one, based on the ESCI/Italeri Porsche 935.
The model is scale 1/24, the modifications are the following one's:

Modification of the front cooler inlet.
Removing the mirror tubes from the front fenders. ( These were only for the Joest Porsches )
Modifications on rear fenders, smaller air intake on right and left side,
a new round one above them.
Naca-ducts on the rear hood.
Full roll-cage and some seatbelts.

I made the decals with CorelDraw, printed with DecalDoc.

The model is painted with Tamiya metallic blue, clearcoat is Gunze.

Thanks for looking.

A rare car! Modifications look very good. Wheels are original from ESCI?

Re: 1/24 Porsche 935 DeNarvaez

Hello,

@ Zak9000,
watch out with the Loos version, it has another nose then this one,
it has the nose like the one from the Tamiya 935. I've tried to make the body for the Loos version, but the Tamiya nose and Italeri body don't fit properly. Maybe I'll try again in the future.

@ LoveGT40

No, the ESCI 935 isn't the Baby Porsche, I converted it to a Baby.
The Baby has the exhaust at the side of the car.

I have some books about The Porsche race models, very helpfull.
You can also look on the net, there are a lot of pictures from the Baby porsche.

Regards,
Joka-2
