What parts do I need to buy to get this fixed? Also, no insurance will be involved so it will be all from my pocket. How much does it usually cost to fix this?

You really need to be specific. What damage? I'm assuming you got into a car accident and you have no insurance? Whatever the case is, you need to take your car to any auto body repair shop to get an estimate. Prices vary from different shops and the amount damage on your car.
