How do i program my keyless entry remote to my 99 grand am?!?

I have searched and searched on how to program this dang thing and i have no idea. I need help

Any help is apptrciated!!

The only way I am aware of is with a Tech II scanner. Because it's a fairly easy process, SOME dealers will do it for free.

sorry alexis.matthew29, but the 1999 Grand ams require a scan tool(techII) to program the factory keyfob remote!
