1999 Chevy Blazer LT Hard Shift

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer LT it doesn't have any check lights on but for some reason the first 2 shifts are hard only when I am slow I can cruise the highway no problems and if I floor it from a stop it shifts better than if I just drive normal.....Also I don't know if I should start another thread but the 4x4 push button just stop working also it lights up when I start but then the lights go off and I can not select 2 wheel or 4 wheel
