Fujimi Lamborghini Aventador

Hmmmm,I only saw one built so far.So I started with mine.
The box and the 'ingredients'

The brakes and the wheels before decaling.Still haven't decide to use what colour wheels.

The colour I choose is Grigio Estoque.
I use Mr.Hobby 1000 surfacer and the others all industrial spray paint.
Grey as base colour,Sparkling black, pearl white and thats the colour I got closest to Grigio Estoque.

Front lamp detailed.

Thats all for today.Shall go on with the interior tomorrow.

Re: Fujimi Lamborghini Aventador

Box art looks fantastic.
How is the kit? Do the doors fit well?
Thanks, Mike

Re: Fujimi Lamborghini Aventador

The details on this kit is good. The only thing I doesnt like is the air scoop on the front and the rear.Have to cut ourself in order to attach the given PE parts.
But the headlights, rear lights, doors everything fits nicely. The lights just slots in and fits. The doors they give you to choose to let it open or close.Only the rear light is kinda hard to detail orange and red parts.
The problem I had is the ride height of the front is too high and too low.I cant figure out whats the problem. But its ok for me,I can just take it as the rise-up suspension is activated.Haha.
Ok.Here are the progress pictures.
After searching some pictures,I decided to change the colour of the brake calipers into Italian flag themed.

Kinda need some patient to detail the front lamp

The rear hood have to do some masking and spraying.Fujimi should make it a separate piece.

The interior with custom seats.

The engine bay is done. And as everyone complains, the engine is all in one piece. That would makes the engine details lesser.

The car is done now and heading to the photo session.
