Cargo Cover Repair

On my 2008 RT the cargo cover has 2 pins that slide in slots on both sides of the rear side panels keeping it pulled over the area. One of the pins has broken and the dealers only sulotion is to purchase a new cover, cost = $250.00+. The pins are parts that are placed on the ends of what looks like a dowel attached to the end of the cover. Does anyone know where the pins can be obtained? Someone has to make them, Chrysler sure doesn't. Or does anyone know who manufacture the cargo cover?
