Best flush for a 400cid 75 ranchero?

Hi i am phil i need to flush my engine i brought Gumout motor flush but i heard it does damage to older engines..... I would like to know whats the best flush for a 75 ranchero 400 cid.

nothing just a proceedure i like doing.... anywho autozone sad fucks tried to get me to kill my engine with gumout motor flush good thing i researched it..... IT DAMAGES OLD ENGINES so i just seafoamed it diid little but did some good my engine revs smooth now and decelerates smooth now... i have to post another issue right now my gas tank is spitting up gasoline.
