I/P Junction block HELP

seems my driver door actuator is not working. i think it might be the BCM tried a new actuator and it did not work. does the left side I/P Junction block C2 plug into C1, has a bolt in the middle of the block...going to do a continuity check from the bcm to the actuator connector...any info welcome

UPDATE Turns out there is an open going from the BCM to the actuator. In order to split the wiring in half to see where the open is , I tried to remove the I/P Junction block...it won't let go ...se the vid
