well i just noticed that on a first time start up morning day whatever or sitting for awhile,when the parklights,dashlights r on,theres a faint pulsating on the lights when the engine is running,im not sure if its the battery or the alternator but if driving for awhile its fine,it just started happening

Battery going bad or the alternator is going bad. Turn on all the accessories including A/C, Heaters lites, fans. etc.. Thats where I would start. High power stereos will do that to an electrical system if the battery is low or alternator not putting out enough current. Take battery and alternator out and have them tested.
