Question 94 s-10 blazer 4x4 transmission shifting problems

I have a 94 s-10 blazer 4x4 and it will not shift past 2nd gear.Reverse is strong and 1st and 2nd are good but when it tries to shift to 3 just slips and revs the engine. There are no codes and I just changed out the trans fluid and filter, fluid looked good and nothing in pan or filter.Any ideas what to try next that i might be able to do myself.Thank-you for your assistance.

Have you checked for codes with a transmission capable scanner?
Any check engine lights?
Fluid level hot in park with engine running?

Possible it might be one of the servos in the tranny. Easy to get to after pulling off the pan. Im not a tranny gut by no means though.
