G80 rear diff
I posted this on the CK side, but thought someone here might have some info too. Anyone have any info on gear size and gear teeth counts without taking off the rear diff cover? This is a 1999 old body style, 3/4 ton, 3.73 ratio, 8 lug. 9.5" or 10.5"? Thanks

I believe the RPO code for the 3.73 rear is GT4, 9.5" rear I think. The G80 is actually a separate option and RPO.
Tooth count is 11 on the pinion and 41 for the ring gear. 41/11=3.7272727..... --> 3.73
