Hi, I'm trying to help neighbor figure out why his two cooling fans come on by themselves and run battery down. also , the wiper motor won't cut off This is a 92 legand. It had heating issues and a thermostat was replaced to no avail.Would run hot in a very short time.I noticed a bleeder valve at the thermostat and opened it to let air out.Top hose was alot hotter than bottom hose, but we ran it five miles without it getting past middle ways on temp gauge. Maybe that fixed the heating issue. but the fans running by themselves and the wipers not cutting off has me stumped...Any ideas will be appreciated..
