Check Engine Light: P0411

Hi, I have a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS Sedan.

I am getting this P0411 message.. I have had the Secondary Air injection check valve ( taking of another cobalt ) AND pump replaced and they light is still on displaying the same message even after i reset the computer.. What are your thoughts?

Can we assume the fuse is not bad? If ok a bi-directional scanner can command the system on to check its operation, rusted pipes if any, cracked /pinched hoses, stuck check valve, can all cause this.

Ok thanks for the help. Ill check all these things and reply with anything I find.. This has a been a reall pain in the ass..

what fuse should i be looking for?

ok i found the fuse, and guess what.... IT was blown!!! So i switched it out(40) and now iam waiting for the light to go offf.. hopefully!!
