98 cutlass fuel tank hose

I have a 98 Cutlass that needs a new full tank hose...It is leaking.. The rubber hose between the fuel filler neck and the tank..... I asked the dealer and the item is no longer made. Can a regular radiator hose suffice? Anyone have any advise?

I was able to find what I needed at a local mom and pop auto parts store... Advance Auto and Auto Zone do not carry this type of part....
