Transbec / Edge Wheel Bearing
Does somebody have experience with Transbec / Edge wheel bearings ? I own a 2000 Chevy venture here in Europe and got one as replacement. Manufacture date of the bearing is 4/2010.
Is the quality ok or better switching to something else ? Thanks & best greetings from Austria. Marcus |

Re: Transbec / Edge Wheel Bearing
I generally stick with Timken or Raybestos replacements, but haven't had any issues with other brands. Mostly a matter of preference as far as I can tell.

Re: Transbec / Edge Wheel Bearing
Transbec is a Canada-based company that distributes many part types under different brand names, including EDGE bearings:
http://www.transbec.ca/Products.aspx Americanparts is the European distributor for EDGE bearings. According to their website, the company looks relatively new, but that doesn't mean they aren't any good. If you have a decent warranty on the part and it was installed correctly, you should be fine.
